Technical features:
1. It is designed by overall optimization in combination with domestic and foreign packaging markets. The stroke and size of each part are increased and reinforced. It’s reasonable and concise structure, reliable operation, high production efficiency, convenient maintenance and widely used .
2. The main structures such as frame and beam are all made of high-quality carbon steel by bending, forming and welding, with high structural strength and not easy to deform, ensuring the reliable completion of bottle unloading and other actions.
3. The entry and positioning of the bottle stack adopts the low-position chain conveying module. The height of the conveying line is 500 mm, which is convenient for the bottle stack to be transported and stacked with a forklift. The extended conveying line has a manual unpacking station, which can manually remove the bottle stack and bags. It’s ready for subsequent work.
4. The bottle depalletizing adopts a two-layer stacking mechanism. The upper mechanism holds the uppermost bottle and translates, while the lower mechanism holds the lower bottle or stacking plate, so as not to disturb the position of the lower bottle due to the movement of the upper bottle, ensuring the motion of each layer is smooth.
5. The bottle unloading is driven by imported AC servo motor, the speed is adjustable, the movement can be stopped at the end point, and there is no shock and vibration of the bottle and the machine.
6. It is recommended to use national standard size (1200X1000X150mm) high-strength plastic pallets for bottle pallets, which are widely used in domestic, lower purchasing cost, and suitable for 2-5 times than that of the original wooden pallets, which can largely replace the original simple pallets. It is more suitable for the standardized production concept in the future.
7. The machine comes with a clapboard collecting manipulator and an automatic pallet collecting device, which can straighten and collect clapboards and pallets, and then transport them centrally by forklift.
8. The whole machine adopts industrial computering integrated control, and the motion program is adjustable and controllable, which can be adjusted on site according to requirements, and is easy to operate. At the same time, the machine is equipped with multiple safety devices and limit devices to ensure the safely operation.
